Overall, the LEGAL NOTE journal functions not merely as a scientific publication medium but also as a means of preserving and developing knowledge of law that is grounded in tradition yet responsive to the dynamics of contemporary change. Thus, the journal is envisaged as a primary reference source for academics, arts practitioners, policymakers, and the wider community who share a commitment to the development and preservation of law.
