About the Journal

Journal Language Studies (JOLS) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pendidikan (LPP) Kalibra with registered number of e-ISSN XXXX-XXXX,This journal is peer-reviewed and open access. It aims to provide a platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners from around the world to share insights, innovations, and findings in various aspects of language studies. JOLS welcomes contributions in areas such as applied linguistics, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, analysis, language acquisition, language teaching and learning, multilingualism, translation studies, and the use of technology in language studies. Both theoretical and empirical studies are discussed, with a special interest in interdisciplinary approaches. Published four times a year (in January, April, July and October), JOLS maintains a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic integrity and quality. Submissions can be made in English or any other primary language, accompanied by an English abstract.

JOLS provides open access to anyone so that the information and findings in these articles are useful for everyone. This journal's article content can be accessed and downloaded for free, free of charge, following the creative commons license used.
